What we collect
Account details (names, email addresses, phone numbers), the events, notices and documents your company records, and usage logs needed to run and secure the service.
Why we collect it
To provide the service you subscribe to, to send the reminders you ask for, to support you, and to meet our legal obligations. This is the lawful basis under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Where it is kept
On servers located in South Africa. Backups are encrypted and kept for thirty days.
Who sees it
Your company's users according to their roles; our support staff when you ask for help, with every action logged; the construction lawyers on our panel for the clauses you send for review; and the AI provider we use to read documents and draft notices, under contractual terms that forbid training on your data.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the address below. You may complain to the Information Regulator.
