NEW The future of AI in construction is here.

Your contract, read by AI.
Every notice, on time.

Sakhani reads your signed contract, applies the Z-clauses, counts the days under JBCC, NEC3, FIDIC and GCC, drafts the notice and proves you sent it. Built for South African contractors.

Built on AI, governed by the contract

Intelligence where it counts. Discipline everywhere else.

The AI reads and writes. The rules engine counts. A construction lawyer checks what the AI is unsure about. Nothing changes your deadlines until a person accepts it.

Z-clauses read, quoted, page-numbered

Upload the signed agreement, scans included. The AI finds every clause that changes a notice and shows the exact wording it relied on.

A clock on every event

Period, trigger and working-day calendar from the rules library. Red at three days, barred when gone.

Draft the late-drawings notice
Done. Clause 61.3 as amended by Z2.1, last day 03 Oct. Two things to check before sending.

Notices drafted in seconds

From the facts you logged, in your contract's language, with a check-before-sending list.

A lawyer in the loop

Anything the AI is unsure about goes to a construction lawyer before it touches your deadlines.

Alerts where the team already is

WhatsApp and email reminders at 7, 3 and 1 day. The site agent never has to open a laptop.

The register is the evidence

Every event, notice, date and attachment, immutable once sent. When the claim is disputed two years later, the proof is one click away.

One system, site to boardroom

The site agent logs it on a phone. The QS sends it from a desk. The director sees it all.

How it works

Three steps between a problem on site and a notice the Employer cannot ignore.

Log the event

Late drawings, rain, an instruction, a certificate unpaid. Under a minute, on a phone, photos included.

The clock starts

Clause, period and trigger come from your contract, Z-clauses applied. The last day appears on every screen.

Draft, send, prove

AI drafts. The QS checks and sends. The register keeps the date against the deadline, forever.

Questions contractors ask

Does it replace our attorney?

No. It makes sure the notice goes out in time, with the right contents, under the right clause. Where a Z-clause is ambiguous, a construction lawyer on our panel reviews it before it applies. Your attorney still handles disputes.

Our contracts are scanned copies with handwritten changes. Will it work?

Yes. The AI reads scanned pages as images and quotes the wording it relied on, page number included, so your QS can check it against the signed copy.

Where is our data stored?

On servers in South Africa, under POPIA. Your contracts are never used to train anything and are deleted when you ask.

Can the site agent use it without seeing prices and claims?

Yes. Roles control what each person sees: site agents log events, the QS drafts and sends, finance sees payment notices, directors see everything.
