FIDIC Red

FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction, 2nd ed. (2017 Red Book): every notice, counted.

FIDIC 2017 tightened the claims procedure: a 28-day notice of claim under clause 20.2.1, then a fully detailed claim within 84 days. Miss the first and the claim is barred. Sakhani tracks both clocks for every event and keeps the evidence the Engineer will ask for.

The FIDIC Red notices Sakhani tracks

Standard conditions, unamended. The notice of claim (sub-clause 20.2.1) goes to the Engineer. Your signed contract may shorten these periods; upload it and the AI applies the amendments.
